My passion is helping individuals and families find new perspectives and a sense of balance in relationships, emotions, self-identity and thinking, as well as navigating through difficult transitional phases. I specialize in working with Men & Teens as they begin to manage and express emotions, relationships, and life changes in healthier ways. The work typically begins with setting clear goals and continuing to help clients utilize their strengths and most effective resources to accomplish these goals. My role is to empower individuals and families to develop the tools they need to build and maintain healthy relationships and identities, resulting in a satisfying sense of being.
With practice and some changes in perception, a present mindset can help create focus and remove barriers that interfere with achieving goals, which keep us stuck in negative self-view or worry.
My collaborative style during the therapy process prioritizes empowerment and balance, helping you become your own proponent of progress.
