Therapy can happen in different forms. As we know some people see great results and progress from support or therapy groups, in addition to work in individual therapy. At A Balanced Perspective, we are currently forming therapeutic groups to address the Veteran community at a discounted fee, as well as a Men's group to address the issues that men encounter in our society and relationships.
